Most process modules are broken down into 4 main sections:
- System Overview
- System Components
- System Flows
- System Controls
Additional sections may include:
- Operator Control Interfaces (local panels & DCS graphics)
- Operational Concerns
- Includes additional detail as desired and available, such as equipment specs, interlock sheets, etc. Note that SOP information is not included in operations modules. SOPs are controlled documents, typically with a formal management of change protocol, while training modules generally are not.
